"It went great! Brad was punctual, friendly, explained everything he did, and was done sooner than he estimated. Brad called me 1 hr 45 min prior to my appointment time to let me know he had a cancellation and asked if he could come early to get the work done. Extracted and cleaned the flame sensor with steel wool. - Removed high limit and inspected the heat exchanger, - Inspected the customer supplied air filter, - Vacuumed out the filter housing, the blower compartment, the burner chamber, all around the outside of the unit, - Inspected all vent piping for signs of wear and deterioration, - Turned on power and ran unit in heat, - Tested the millivolts of the flame sensor and received a reading of 2.3, - Tested the safety by disconnecting the pressure switch, - Performed a courtesy gas leak check, I bought a water heater from Prime last year and was really pleased with that installation, too.
