"I met with Oscar briefly when he came by for the bid. I had met with 2 other contractors and was floored by how personable he was compared to the other two. I felt like I was annoying the other contractors when discussing the job as I wasn t 100% sure on which direction my girlfriend and I wanted to go with the layout of the new bathroom. She said she would have the tech call me. He called within a 1/2 hour and said he was 13 miles away and could come right then!
