His foreman Darren was super easy to work with. When a minor change was needed, he rolled with it and knocked it out in no time. No matter the rain, mud, or snow, they worked hard while they were here, and we are so happy with both our decks. Thank you so much Millions, James, Darren and the rest of the team. Excellent job."

I have several rental homes and price but more importantly quality work is very important for my investments. From my first interaction the team did a great job estimating and replacing a roof that had major storm damage from a tree falling on it. They replaced the entire roof materials as well as repaired a bunch of the roof decking. Everything was done quickly, with great quality and even the clean up of all of the old materials was spotless. Easy breezy for sure!"

"After getting eight contractor quotes, we chose Anyvision Home Remodeling. They were not the highest quote or the lowest. We went with Anyvision Home Remodeling because of Chase and his presentation. Chase wasn't pushy, he took time to listen to what we wanted and let us know if something wouldn't work and why. It was a complete, down to the studs and joists remodel! In fact, there was water damage and they had to replace some of the joists. Chase recommended some stores to us to go look at tile, sinks, the tub and cabinets and met us to look at our choices. I ordered some things online, but sent them to Chase to make sure they would work before ordering. The guys Chase has to do the work, from demo to completion, were fantastic! They really did a great job. If I noticed anything I didn't care for or had questions about, all I had to do was mention it and it was taken care of immediately. Communication was constant though WhatsApp. Chase set up a group and our communications were all documents right there. We knew what time and who was coming out any given day. We shared photos and occasionally just chatted. The end result is a gorgeous master bathroom with a private toilet room, an oversized double vanity with LED mirrors, and a wet room with a soaking tub and double rain showers, both with hand held showers too. Oh, and one thing I really appreciated, was that Chase brought in a cleaning person, so our new space was gleaming and ready for us to use! "I have a split-level house, and my deck is on the 2nd story. I didn't want to deal with building one myself, so I decided to hire a contractor. I found PlanTrak on HomeAdvisor, and am glad I did. I hired them to build me a fairly simple 12' x 16' deck, and they did not disappoint. Dave came out in February to give me an estimate of what the job would cost. I had several contractors provide estimates, and PlanTrak's was in the middle. I chose PlanTrak because Dave was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions competently and ensured me my requests would be completed. We scheduled to start construction at the beginning of May. These guys are busy, and they didn't actually start until May 13. It wasn't a problem for me, honestly. I wasn't bound by any time constraints, and delays are not uncommon when it comes to hiring contractors, especially when you book so far out. Justin and Roman(?) actually performed the work, and it only took them 5 days to demo and haul away my old deck and build and finish the new deck, including a Saturday. They were very polite, and performed their work competently, and the finish is excellent. The materials they chose were top notch - my cedar decking is premium quality, and beautiful. After the work was complete, Dave came out and did a walkthrough with me to make sure I was satisfied. I only pointed out a couple small things from the demo, and Dave quickly took care of them without issue. I was 100% satisfied when he left. As a homeowner, I'm really grateful for contractors with PlanTrak's integrity and professionalism. My family and I have been enjoying our new deck daily since it was built. This is definitely a decision I'm happy to have made. I'm seriously considering using PlanTrak to build me a permanent awning in the future."

"This company was efficient in their work and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I had a complete bathroom remodel after a water leak and they even did outside stair replacement with handrails to my front door. This company went above and beyond on their customer service. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 because I never knew their intended work schedule and was given a 3 day window with them leaving at noon without telling me if they were coming back after lunch. I didn't realize they were letting the tile set and the grout dry. I would have just liked the heads up for that, otherwise their craftmanship was spot on and their tile work was fantastic in the bathroom. Outside they had to do concrete and post work and those are level, Exceptional job well done for both crews."
