"4.5 stars overall for removal of concrete slab/stairs and pouring of new 10' long, 4 foot deep foundation wall. Result was excellent. Crew was considerate and trustworthy. It was expensive for me, but cheaper than the other bids I got. Communication was not great over email. There were a number of times I wasn’t replied to at all or got a partial response. I let them know and they said they’ll work on that. I recommend communicating via text instead which worked much better."

Andy Construction gave us a very reasonable quote for removing what was there and installing the vapor barriers, replacing spotty floor insulation, sealing cracks and new access doors. The crew was courteous, on time, and left no mess. We haven’t seen a mouse since and the ants are getting under control. Our floors and home are so much warmer! And they kept me in the loop every step after the project started Making sure everything was to our liking. I couldn't upload the picture before but it was dug up dirt and lawn per our dogs. And now it looks absolutely beautiful ...reasonable prices and honedtly I was just completely blown away With the whole thing.. definitely going to hire them again for future projects. And this isn't the only thing they do ..They do hvac house building any and all landscape outside of the house, and I'm sure there's more. "communications with the project coordinators sometimes went a while between hearing back and getting scheduled but once I was given a day for the install it was very well done, the installer was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job for the money. got a higher quality sod delivered and installed for less than buying lower quality sod from home depot and installing myself would have cost. highly recommend HC construction."

"Two issues occurred simultaneously: The first intense rainstorm in September flooded beneath a newly built fence and rushed over a low retaining wall, collapsing it in two places. On the front of the house, the catch basin in the driveway that was supposed to carry water from the drain spouts along the side of the house filled with mud, its connection to the drains apparently destroyed. I drew up a plan for dealing with both issues and received bids from three companies. Tiger's Landscaping owner, Jim Faulkner, seemed most competent and willing to do the job, and his bid was much lower than the others. We discussed the plan in detail and I felt his company was my best option. Jim and crew arrived the day after Thanksgiving and completed the project within five hours! All of the crew members were hard working, kind, and professional, and treated me and each other with respect. They rebuilt the retaining wall and installed a French drain behind it, wrapped in fabric and filled with rocks, and from that a drainpipe carried that water beneath the wall, underground through the yard where it was joined by pipes coming from the drain spouts on the house. The main pipe then continued beneath the fence where it emptied into rocks a few feet from the culvert. They tested it with a hose and it worked perfectly. I am very relieved and pleased to have this dealt with by such a fine company. I would highly recommend Jim Faulkner and Tiger's Landscaping, for any project he decides to tackle."
