I was referred to Sarah and Chad of Gotcha Covered to replace some window coverings in my home. I was impressed with their professionalism, insight, and communication throughout the process; from design to installation, I have already had them do two more projects at my office. The service that stood out the most for me was their communication and honesty. During my first project, I was interested in motorized blinds. I had questions that Sarah couldnâ t answer, but she told me she would get back to me with the details, and she emailed me the following day with all the information I needed to make my decision. "They asked to have the blinds removed in the fully raised position with the cords wrapped tightly around the blind and to my surprise, immersed and vigorously aggitated the blinds in the water bath in this position.  In spite of this, all but one of the blinds came out very clean.  However, when I went to rehang the blinds I noticed that the bottom rail end caps were missing from all of the wider blinds (6 feet and over) and one of the valance clips was missing from a smaller blind.  These items obviously came off during the vigorous aggitation.   I have these blinds cleaned every other year and have never had missing parts before.  The company does not know where the parts are and seemed surprised that they could have fallen off during cleaning.  If you use this firm, I recommend you remove and store ALL detachable parts before cleaning. "
