"Contractor called me back right away. He showed up on time. He gave me advice and showed me how to repair myself. I will definitely be hiring this contractor agian and would refer to others."

"We are very happy with how Serge was able to go through our list of home maintenance projects, and complete them all in less than 2 days. He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. He was dependable, arriving on schedule, and easy to contact and communicate with. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. He also provided an itemized list of costs soon after he visited our home to see what was needed to be done. We will be hiring him for future projects and highly recommend him to others."

"Puget Sound Builders & Renovation did an outstanding job on our home improvement project. The team was professional, reliable, and paid close attention to every detail from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The project was completed on time, and the results transformed our space beautifully. Highly recommended for anyone looking for skilled and trustworthy contractors."

"Allan is a highly skilled, hard-working, smart, reliable and honest contractor who attends to details—and has a great sense of humor. He did most of the work himself but also hired and worked well with sub-contractors. He started with our garage, creating plans for a remodel with the help of an architect and then precisely implemented those plans. He went on to demolish our old kitchen (to the studs and sub-floor) and rebuild it, according to architectural blueprints. The job required reframing three windows, building walls, putting in a new fir floor, installing cabinetry and a very heavy but beautiful hood/vent, installing appliances, tiling and painting walls, window frames and a box-beam ceiling. A complicated part of the job was building a permanent buffet with rounded corners and tempered glass inserts which he did well. He also built walls and laid flooring in our laundry room. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Allan, and we’re hoping to be able to work with him again on future projects."

"We hired Topaz Remodeling and Yoni for a home addition to create a bigger living room and extra bedroom. The project involved framing, roofing, and major structural work - and Yoni handled it like a pro. He stayed on top of scheduling, inspections, und kept us updated every step of the way. The new space blends seamlessly with our original house. We are beyond happy with the results!"

"Renovations have never appealed to me, but this team made it easy. In addition to being gorgeous, my new kitchen is also practical. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent."

"The old deck was damaged and needed urgent repair. The North West Builders and Renovation team visited and after a consultation we came up with an idea for a new deck. Job well done, we love the new deck."
