"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

We were not sure exactly what we wanted, and we worked with KBR Designer Silviya to design a bathroom that we now love. She was more than patient as she guided us through the seemingly endless options including basic design and selection of materials. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas that we incorporated into our projects. Once we settled on what wanted, Project Manager Huseyin and his crew took over the construction. Like Silviya, the crew was exceptionally talented and completed the project with a minimum of disturbance. Everyone at KBR was very professional, easy to work with, and flexible. "Stephen Palmer is our go-to electrician. We have used them several times and we were not disappointed to use them for this project. We needed recessed lights and a large hanging fixture installed. The service was easy to schedule and we received a call about 30 minutes before the arrival of the electrician, John. His work was high quality and he did a great job of keeping us informed during the course of his work. He was a pleasure to interact with and kept the work area tidy during and after the project was completed. To cap it off, the final bill was several hundred dollars less than we expected! They will always be our first call for any electrical needs."
