"Bear Mountain Custom Painting far exceeded our expectations in every aspect of this project. The job entailed painting the interior and exterior framing of two windows which had been replaced a month earlier plus re-painting the walls (2 coats) of an atrium foyer, and very large 2-story atrium family room, two stairwells, a large 2nd story landing area, and a dining room, plus intricate stairwell trim in the family room area, plus all 6 inch baseboards and door facings in all five rooms. Truly a major undertaking. First Jared Tuttle came by and we discussed in great detail exactly what the extent of the painting would be. Jared’s expertise in materials and processes were invaluable in saving us time and money plus improving the final cosmetic results of the project. He knew much better than us how to get the most bang for our bucks and his suggestions turned out to be spot-on in the final outcome. The next day Jared emailed us the most detailed estimate and description of work we had ever received for any painting project, which included separate breakouts for optional items which we could use to meet our budget. I cannot over-stress the trustworthiness, professionalism, competency, and cooperativeness of every person we dealt with throughout this entire project, from Jared to the job foreman (Jeff) to the superb crew (Daniel & Rodrega) and, finally, the super-helpful office support of Sonja and Wendy. I’m serious, we’ve never experienced such competency and dedication (to customer satisfaction) as we enjoyed from every person we dealt with in this company. It’s quite unusual to see such consistency throughout the personnel of any organization.
