He arrived at my home before the appointment time an immediately started the repair of broken window. The pane broken was rather large (42x29) and Ty worked hard getting everything cleaned up to replace with a replacement. His work is excellent and the attention paid by him is a sign of an individual who is dedicated to making sure his client receives his best efforts. "AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A LARGE SLIDING GLASS DOOR. I called Sliding Door Roller Replacement, Inc. based on the reviews I read. After scheduling an appointment, the representative concluded the call saying 'we don't cover glass breaks if you close the door too hard' (giving me the impression that the new rollers would be incredible). On the day of the appointment, two guys came and disassembled the sliding door (took about an hour). When they were done, there was a slight improvement in performance. Personally, I don't believe they put on the right rollers based on the size and weight of the slider (8'H x 4'W). It's been over a year since the installation, and honestly the door OPERATES WORSE than it did before I called Sliding Door Roller Replacement, Inc. Given their name, you would think they would be experts on sliding door roller replacement. If you have a large sliding glass door, you'll want to HIRE A PROFESSIONAL company that understands the correct roller replacement for a larger slider. I did end up calling the company to see what could be done. Unfortunately for me I was one-month past the warranty. They did offer $25 refund, but really all I want is my sliding glass door to work properly. TERRIBLE OUTCOME AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF $175.00."

"Terrible experience with this company and its ownership. I put my trust in them for a significant home investment, but in under a year, the roof they installed began leaking badly. When I tried to get assistance, I was met with little to no response, and the attempted fixes were ineffective. My calls and service requests were largely ignored, and their warranty proved to be worthless. Getting a clear or helpful answer from anyone there felt nearly impossible. To make matters worse, their contract includes a clause requiring disputes to be handled in West Palm Beach, which seems intentionally set up to make it costly and inconvenient for customers to pursue any legal action. Overall, extremely disappointing?I would strongly caution others before doing business with them."
