"Steve responded quickly for a quote, showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the issue within a few moments and gave us a reasonable price to fix our fridge. He ordered the part and estimated 3-4 business days for a return to finish the work. The part came in the next day, so he came out on Saturday to fix the fridge. Again, showed up when he said he would and quickly finished the work. Totally happy with his professionalism and customer service. We will use Steve for all our appliance repairs."
