He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. "Bryan returned my phone call within two days. An appointment was set up which had to be canceled and was rescheduled. He was prompt for the appointment and two days later sent me a reasonable estimate for the project. A date was set to begin and Mark showed up to do the work. I can't say enough good things about Mark. He is skilled, experienced, and full of good ideas. When the old materials were removed damage was reveled which had to be repaired. This increased the cost, but couldn't be helped. All of the work was done in a timely manner and the result is better than we expected. The only negative thing I can say concerns the cost of installing the tile. The result is great, but I could have hired someone myself for about 1/2 - 2/3 the price. Overall we are very happy with the result and will definitely consider using him again if another project comes up."
