Beyond that, his kindness and care while working in less than ideal conditions was stellar! Scaffolding had to be installed on decking and steps that our blind dog needed to use to get to the yard. Tim took extra time and used extra materials to make her a safe route out of the house. He is an absolutely lovely man to work with, and I recommend his company to anyone who needs masonry work."

"Nu Look Home Services did a FANTASTIC JOB helping me remove old laminate flooring and install new luxury vinyl planks. I was dealing with an insurance claim from a water leak and needed someone I could trust to not only install the flooring, but also repair a cabinet under the sink, and add baseboards/kickplates that were torn out/damaged by the leak. As a result of hiring Nu Look, my new flooring installation turned out beautiful! It was a LONG TIME coming because of covid's crazy supply chain/shipping challenges. Despite the unforeseen delays, the owner, David Schwartz, helped me navigate through all the arrangements/challenges from fall 2021 until installation time in late March 2022. David remained in touch with me along the way and never asked for money up front. He regularly provided me with updates about what to expect. David also personally reached out to Home Depotâ s Regional Manager to help us get concrete answers about the flooringâ s actual delivery date that kept getting postponed. Once I found out the flooring was still stuck on a barge outside CA, I decided to order different flooring materials to get the job moving. Home Depot, who has a great relationship with Nu Look Home Services, took immediate action to further assist. They communicated with me about all updates, including the new order. I was never left alone to figure things out. That was very reassuring and helpful. Otherwise, Iâ d still be waiting on the original flooring order that has yet to arrive. Ironically, I ended up loving the alternate flooring choice much better! Overall, this experience restored my faith in hiring a contractor for a large project, as my previous experience with someone unlicensed, was soooo horrible. I chose to write a thorough review, because I personally know how impactful it can be when you find the right person/company to get the job done. Sadly, this is a rare thing these days. David Schwartz, however, is a man of his word and is extremely thoughtful and caring. He regularly followed up to make sure his employees did a great job and focused on what made me happy. David put me at ease and always reassured me they would get the job done asap. Once the materials arrived, he quickly scheduled an install date and followed through. The flooring install took slightly longer than anticipated, but Iâ m glad they focused on quality work rather than rushing things. Davidâ s employees were also very nice, answered/addressed all my questions, and promptly fixed anything I had a concern about. His employees did a beautiful job with the installation, worked well together, showed up every day as expected, and paid close attention to details. Overall, I am very pleased to have found Nu Look Home Services via Home Advisor and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest contractor. They take pride in quality work and possess old school values by truly taking care of the customer. I feel like I can call David and his crew my friends now, and most definitely will hire them again for future home repairs. "Crew was courteous, professional and on time.  They worked around my dogs and didn't require me to lock them up while they worked.  After the job was done, there was one pipe that started to leak behind a wall because it had gotten nicked when the drywall was installed.  We called and they sent someone over to take care of the problem immediately.  They stand behind the quality of the work.

"The service tech call to let me know he was on his way to my home. He was on time to the time slot that we agree upon. He was very polite and professional. He came in and did thorough cleaning of the firebox, pilot assembly, thermocouple and burner pan. He also clean the glass of the fireplace also. It took him about 30min to complete the cleaning and inspection of my fireplace. A job well done."

"Chase King was prompt and professional. He was informative in the estimate without being pushy. We had a couple of questions for the companies that gave us estimates and King Masonry was timely and helpful in their responses. When we decided to go with King Masonry, the scheduling worked out very well for us. The weather didn t cooperate but workers from King Masonry were out even in very cold temperatures.
