Not only did he fix my problem at nearly 8pm (and showed up 30 mins after my initial call) we discussed a plan for problem that needed to be addressed in the near future. He had the fourth thought to ask if he could use a chemical to clean my coil or if it would be better to use vinegar due to the health issues in my home. He listened.
