"joshua arrived when he said he would, looked at the problem - toilet wax seal, told me what caused the problem and how he would repair it. he also looked in a couple of other places just to make sure water wasn't dripping down the supply line thus creating the impression that it was the wax seal when in fact it might have been elsewhere. he then went out and got his tools and materials needed for the wax seal repair and even changed the bolts which anchor the toilet to the floor. within 30 minutes he was done. he was focused, thorough and very knowledgeable from what i could see. i plan on asking for him when i have my yearly plumbing service performed. i used to perform most of the household repairs myself, but not having the flexibility that i once had and quite frankly the desire, i look for people in the trades that i can trust, know what they're doing and make the repair to my satisfaction."

We set an appointment for them to come and give me a free estimate on the work that needed to be done. Roger from Black Ops Plumbing came out and looked at ever thing under my home. He said that it was all good and the smell i was getting in the house is from a previous leak before we bought our home. He said seal the holes from pipes going through the floor and that did stop the smell. so no work to be done but a good honest assessment of the system. They did not charge me for the inspection. "I called James K Hafke for a second opinion for a sewer pipe that needed replacing. The other company was pushing to break up cement foundation to replace the pipe that was located under the building and had stated an estimate within a couple of days but didn't contact me till much later than promised. Michael (Hafke) came and photographed the pipe to see if replacing it was needed and then to determine all my options. The options and estimate were given right away and I engaged their services. Sal came a day or two later and started digging but first took care of clog to avoid another backup. He was very professional and kept me informed of their progress. The pipe was replaced the following day and a week later the inspector signed off on the project and Sal replaced the dirt over the pipe. The area was left extremely clean with the pavers lined up against the wall for them to be placed back over. I would hire James K Hafke again in a heartbeat and Sal was the best!!"
