Sean spent 5 hours going over what was available, helping us to pick out the siding and gutters we wanted, making sure they could deal with a couple of special issues concerning our house, taking preliminary pictures and measurements, and explaining the whole process. Tom came to verify the measurements and to make sure all the items involved would work and to discuss the actual procedures for taking down the old siding and gutters and for putting up the new siding and gutters. Charlie, Manny, and their crew arrived on time to install the siding and were extremely professional and helpful in dealing with a couple last minute changes to the installation. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep. gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! The price below includes guttering and fascia. Financing is available."
