Get matched with top vinyl siding repair or partially replacers in Tangerine, FL

"Ben and his team was very friendly and professional. They fixed the issue with damaged siding caused by another contractor when roofing was replaced. I would hire them again for future projects."

"The front of our home is frame construction, the sides and rear are concrete block. A 2 man crew showed up every day and worked a full day. Area was cleaned every evening. New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaints."

"Matched my vinyl siding perfectly. I very highly recommend this company. Justin is truly a master at his trade."

"B. Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. They did exactly what they promised, showed up as promised and did not try to oversell the job. Will call them first when I have another roofing job in the future, large or small."

"Cory replaced some damaged boards in our glue-down wood floor, which was an intricate project given that he had to remove tongue-and-groove boards and replace them with new ones without removing the whole floor and without damaging the surrounding boards. He made the floor look like new, and in a very affordable way. This was one of a number of jobs he has done for us over a decade or so. He is always prompt, courteous and professional. His prices are extremely fair, and he is always honest about his level of confidence in his ability to do any given job. If he tells you he knows exactly how to do a job, you can count on it."

"My husband and I are very thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Mr. Gilmer. He was very professional, provided an honest and fair quote, but most of delivered a superior product to us. We have been wanting to add a backsplash in our kitchen for years but never found a good time to do any remodel until we had a leak in our AC unit that required a portion of our wall to be cut out. Not only did Gilmer Enterprises fix the drywall in our pantry, but they also restored the wall in our entryway that was also damaged. Our home know looks new and improved and we couldn t be happier. We have received so many compliments on our kitchen and drywall repair that we plan on using Gilmer Enterprises for some additional projects in the near future, which includes a bathroom remodel and new flooring!! Thank you Mr. Gilmer for making this an easy and seamless experience for us, without your guidance and knowledge we would still be dreaming about our new kitchen. For your remodeling and repair needs look no further than Gilmer Enterprises! Thank you again."

"I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak, and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800. At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it. Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done. All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. Heâ s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent â take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof. Our son lives in Cape Coral, he sustained significant damage to his roof and is now high up on the Allstate Exteriors work list because Iâ m an existing customer. Who does this? Rick Fritz and the Allstate Exteriors employees."

"The screening for my pool cage was replaced quickly and efficiently. The crew was professional and respectful of my property. They were great!"

"Hired mf industries to fix some drywall and paint a couple rooms at my house. Matt did excellent work and is a stand up guy. I would for sure hire him for future projects and have already referred him to friends in need. Thank you mf industries!!!"

"Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."
