They were quick, professional and overall reasonably priced. We would definitely hire again. I gave 4 stars for quality, as once they were finished and left- I heard this overwhelming flow of water under the house. I went to turn off at the water heater and it did nothing (meaning busted pipe under). I ran out and shut off the main valve (after trying to get it flush to turn....)- after which at least 75 gallons of water had been disbursed under the home (watched meter- costing us more money in water bill and time of return). I called JL and they came right back and fixed everything correctly. Excellent communication and the (Office Manager?) woman I spoke with was very polite, professional and overall very helpful! "Had a pressure reducing valve that went bad and didn't realize it was buried behind the water meter (Fla builders usually put in crawl space or garage); this caused my expansion tank and pressure relief valve to fail on water heater due to super high pressure. "My kitchen sink had a simple leak around my faucet. I couldn't fix it myself bc of how tight the nuts were screwed on underneath my sink. I knew I would have to call the professionals because if anything broke at least they would be insured. Tipton called and came out 30 minutes later to fix my sink. It took the repair guys maybe an hour to fix it. They knew what they were doing and they didn't mind my dog sitting there watching them bc my dog is very curious. I knew it would cost a bit of money to get just a simple sink fixed but it was worth it bc they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.."
