"Timing and efficiency was great. Everything went very well, no trash or debris was left at the sight."

"They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."

"Had a great experience with this company. They replaced our roof and also installed solar panels, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and did quality work. The roof looks great, the solar installation was done neatly, and they kept us informed throughout the process. Overall, we’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or solar work."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Philip and his son were prompt and did a great job. Thank You. I would recommend them for jobs on doors, etc."

"I saw Annex Builders LLC build our neighbors garage and I asked them for a quote to stucco our house. The price was very reasonable and they completed the job very satisfactorily. At the same time they redone our entire roof. I will definitely hire these guys again for any job, big or small."

"Great job.  Sean was prompt and carefully explained options.  We decided to replace our existing tar and gravel roof with a new synthetic roof (that comes with a 20 year warranty). We hired Blue Sky based on reviews and were not disappointed.  The first day some of workers spend 12 hours preparing the surface for the new roof.  While outside watering I noticed a worker, at the end of his 12 hour day, walking the perimeter of our house picking up individual pieces of gravel and other debris from the roof.  I was impressed.  The area around our house was clean, no vegetation suffered from the work.  I am grateful for the professionalism and care Blue Sky took when working on our property.  I highly recommend this company!  Thank you to Sean and his workers, great job!"

"I researched and purchased my own shingles. $5,500 labor cost. Jose is the best at whatever job for which he commits. Roofing is his specialty. They were fast, tidy, and professional. When the inspector signed off on the job, he stated that it was a first-class installation. I love my new roof. We call Jose first for every job around our home. He shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do.
