Like a fool, I paid for the full installation with promise that Seth would deliver and install the speaker as soon as it arrived. I has now been well over a year and I am still waiting for the speaker. Seth was responsive to inquiries for the first few months, but now refuses to acknowledge phone calls or emails. I am going to start legal proceedings to recover my money and would not recommend that you use this service. They seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth."
