"I had a great experience with Joe , getting a co-op unit inspected. His price was very reasonable and he was very accommodating when unexpected obstacles occurred on the day of the inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I love that he explained everything at the inspection, which was very helpful. Everything was also written out in a detailed report that he sent very promptly. We ended up not purchasing the unit. What really helped us with this difficult decision is Joe's leveled and unbiased relaying of what he found at the inspection. He didn't exaggerate any flaws for example. At the end of the day we feel like we dodged a bullet after the inspection and will definitely be hiring Joe again once we find a home to purchase. Highly recommend him."

"Olivier was terrific. He was incredibly thorough and left no detail out of his inspection or his report. He took the time necessary to inspect all elements of the inside and outside of the home, he was patient in explaining what he found, and he was able to put all his comments within a helpful perspective. I would recommend him 100% and would use him again without hesitation."

"Men came earlier than scheduled, went right to work, and finished the job in about an hour. They were friendly and professional, answering my questions, and cleaning up afterwards.I highly recommend them. The price was almost 5 times less than the other company I got an estimate from. Highly satisfied.

"Chris was a clear, effective communicator, very professional, clear and transparent in his billing, and did a clean and effective job. Chris showed up on time, got the job done in the time he said, and made us comfortable and confident in his work. We had a really messed up (and ugly) radon system in our home; what we have now is aesthetically a huge improvement and mitigates radon significantly better. Highly recommended."

"Mine was very meticulous and honest. I appreciate him doing a whole inspection when I only had a few issues needing a check up. He was not in a rush and made sure he checked every floor and room! I would friendly hire him again!"

"John M. was courteous, timely, and professional in his inspection. He was upfront about the issues -- whether they are serious or minor, rare or common, and whether more specialized input is required. His written report was very well done and will serve as a great home guide for us in the future after we move in. Thank you!"
