He was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, and  ordered the necessary parts immediately. Once the parts came in the next morning, he phoned to check our availability and was able to  come back and install the parts that very morning. Upon completion, prior to leaving, he ran a test of the system to assure that it was working properly.  Marc was even conscientious enough to clean up the area before he left.  His price on parts and labor were fair within industry standards. "A representative came out the day after my call and emailed me the estimate within a day or 2 and I contracted with them on 2/25/13 with a 50% deposit.  They promptly applied for the permit with the City, which took 2 weeks to process, and let me know it would be about 4 weeks for the accordions to come in.  The doors and accordions were installed on 4/5/13, but the impact window took a little longer, and was installed around 6/14/13.
