Some never called back, some would only quote a full roof replacement (mine is 3 years old!), some wanted to sell annual maintenance plans. Terry at Home Time called me within 4 hours, met me at home the next morning, and completed the project for 1/4 of other quotes I received. He inspected the entire roof and repaired a number of nail pops that I wasn't even aware of. Only complaint is that the color matching of new shingles is slightly off.
