Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. "I had a different company the first day and they could not find the the water line leak in the yard. Then even tried using compressed gas. Lucky for me the owner of APS, Julian, had called and convinced me they could find it and told me the exact amount the repair would cost, which was a lot less than others quotes. I told the first company I found another and paid them for their 3 hours of service with 3 guys - but only one would work at a time. Texas APS sent out one guy. He actually worked instead of standing around or talking into a cell phone. Julian came by around 12:30 and while we were talking the worker stopped for a break after digging for hours. Julian the boss asked, taking a break, huh? And the guy was like yeh, I'm taking a break because it is a good time to. Julian said "It is?" And the worker said, yeh, I found the leak. I immediately said you're joking, but he showed us. The owner was so happy he took the worker out for lunch. But the Julian was sure all along he would find it. They had a bad experience once working for Julian's brother in law. It took them 5 days of digging to find the leak, but they learned a lot from that experience. I was so happy with their work I will have them out again to install a new drain on our water heater and will hire them when our 17- year old water heater needs replaced."

"The main water line to my house broke and was running water on to the ground at 8-10 gallons per minute. After I got the water turned off at the meter, I called Crow's Plumbing. I picked them from Angi's List based on the number of very positive reviews. Their man showed up as scheduled, reviewed with me the situation and possible solutions, gave me an estimate to repair the water line, contacted his office to determine if any discounts would be available (and there was), completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. Happy to have water in the house again!!!"

"I called Jack on Tuesday to explore the possibility of installing a new hot water heater.  The old one was beginning to deliver sediment to the down stairs tub in the form of black, gravel like gunk.  He came by that afternoon to explore options for either flushing the existing heater or replacing it.  We  agreed that the best option was simply to replace the old heater since it was so old.  He said he could schedule the installation for Friday morning.  By Thursday the gunk coming into the tub made it unusable.
The next think I knew he informed me that he had a change in his schedule and could install the new heater Thursday afternoon.  He arrived at 3:00 PM and at 5:00 PM we had a new water heater, lines flushed and crystal clear water filling the tub.
This is the fourth time I have used Jack Crew and I will certainly call him again with any of my plumbing needs.
