"From the beginning after entering my request for service, James contacted me promptly to discuss my needs and options and scheduled an appointment quickly. When the part had not arrived by the scheduled date, James contacted me early to inform me of such and that we would need to reschedule the installation. On the rescheduled appointment day, James and Matthew were prompt, efficient, and professional in their installation of my thermostats. They also were considerate of my floors and removed/covered their shoes before entering. While there wasn't much cleanup, they removed all material packaging from the premises and gathered and set aside the old equipment neatly on the table. They showed me the instructions for the system and walked me through how to set the programmable thermostat. These guys were exceptional and did a fantastic job! I'd recommend and hire them again!"
