"I happened to be in and out of the house during the cleaning, I noticed that after 1 and a half hours all that had been done was 1 small room was vacuumed and the first bathroom was being worked on. I then re-iterated that the priority is to get the bathrooms cleaned and the floors done. This is definitely not unreasonable in 4 hours since many cleaners have done much more in that same amount of time. The areas that were cleaned were done fine, however, it was just VERY slow service. After 4 hours, 2 bathrooms were cleaned (just fine), a kitchen stove. Floors and living room seemed to be untouched (maybe vacuumed, but there was still dust and debris in main areas). 

I sent a text after the service, however did not get any response or action to correct.

He was able to do new lighting and a recessed mirror with a medicine cabinet. They really focus on the small details to make everything look flawless. "I was very dissappointed. I felt like I was taken by the nicest service man every. The appointment was scheduled in a time manner. The workman arrived on time and then after assessing the work left to "get parts" and didin't come back for almost 2 hours. Something about the company credit card didn't work due to a bank mix up. It took 4 hours to hang one ceiling fan and do the wiring for another. It was a pretty regular run the wiring through the floor joists, but he made it seem like a big deal. Mostly he look liked he was pretending to be busy. He went back and forth to his van about a dozen times to get stuff. He said the previously installed fan was not done corrently and that this was going to be a bear. Really he just had to remove a board and a hook holding the previsous fan and after he got serious about what he was doing that took all of 5 minutes. In the end he only installed one of three fans after being at my house all day. They then told me I'd have to wait two weeks for him to finish the job. After some discussion they got that down to a week with a different guy doing the work. Then that guy showed up 30 minutes late and I was already out the door to run my errands. I paid way too much for an incomplete job. I'm going to go with somebody else to finish up."

"We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.



Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.



Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.



About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.



We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.
