However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up.
