"From the start I was impressed with Mario. He took the time to explain fencing and types of wood to me. He was very patient with me and all my questions. I loved the tool he had so you could kinda see what your fence was going to look like. I appreciated all the options there were and how fast he got me my 1st quote. Mario is very very professional and polite. We are getting a 60+ yr old fence replaced on both sides of a house we have for rent. "I connected with Ever fence online for an estimate. It turned out to be very expensive. They sent the marketing executive Mr. Cesar for site visit and measurement. The revised quote was reasonable but still outside of my budget. Couple months later they had promotions and gave me better pricing and also offer financing option. Cesar was pleasant to work with, the installation crew came in for site prep and then in 2 weeks the installation was scheduled and project completed in the same day. The total fence was 270 ft linear and the height is 6 ft. The installation crew should be appreciated because there were about 12 team members be they coordinated well to get the job done in the same day. Thanks Ravi"

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"I had hoped that the project would be complete after 3-4 days. Unfortunately, the painter became ill and we lost a couple days of work. That said, I would still recommend them to anyone looking for professional and what I would consider very reasonably priced painters. When I drive up my driveway, the color is very dramatic and, even the white trim pops."

"Replaced existing wooden privacy fences.  One section was approx. 9 feet on one side of my home and the other section measured approx. 43 feet that separates my property from my neighbors.  Received 5 estimates and HD Fence's quote came in about mid-range of all of them.  Went with HD Fence, because Joan and Allen are great people to work with.  Joan was very prompt and courteous when she returned my call.  She was able to pull my old estimate even though 8 months had passed. 
Allen is very knowledgeable and he even comes out and does a portion of the work, which is a plus to know that the owner not only oversees the work, but he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. 
One other note - Joan and Allen both were able to ease my neighbors concerns and answer all his questions with the section of fence that separates our properties. Because I live in an HOA community, the fence had to meet certain requirements.
Only bummer was that they do not offer painting services for the fence.  Not a big deal because most of the other companies I spoke with DO NOT offer painting services as well.
Would highly recommend contacting HD Fence for any fence work you may need.

"We bought a fixer upper and wanted to start remodeling immediately, before we moved in since there is no way we could have lived in the house during construction.  We used various forms of referrals to find a general contractor and after a long process we chose TerraVenti because Yaron, the owner, was very knowledgeable, professional, and had the attention to detail that we liked, compared to the others.  We had multiple meetings with Yaron, the engineer and designer until we agreed on the design and plans.  They did all the legwork, pulled all the permits and got all the approvals.   

 

When we went to view the work at the house multiple times and the crew was always working hard and supervised.  The project finished around the time of the proposed timeline. We asked for some extra work to be done, so the completion date was extended a few weeks.   

 

The scope of the project was large, but they handled it very well and they were on top of everything.  Yaron was easy to contact and communicate with, either by phone, text or email and he was always very responsive.  We appreciate Yaron and his crew and we are so grateful to have found TerraVenti.  The project was successful. We definitely recommend them!

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."
