"Although agreeable and professional at our first 2 meetings, Mr. Landers has dragged his feet and worked on other projects, while mine sat idle -- something he swore he would not do. He told me this project would take less than 1 week, and it has dragged on for almost 2 months. The work being done is of decent quality, although day after day, only one worker is here -- and not Mr. Landers!"

"There were several pieces of lumber that needed to be cut out and replaced, which required strengthening the whole structure with wooden braces while the work was being performed. Gary had to think outside the box and consider different options to find the best solution. In the end, the approach he took was relatively quick for the situation and very safe. The result was a carport nicely restored, stronger than it has ever been. Throughout the process, Gary was responsive, efficient and very good at explaining his train of thought and his plans. And the price was very reasonable. Overall, a great professional which I recommend without any hesitation."

"Derek was quick to diagnose our issue and make an honest recommendation to resolve. Would use again."

"G L Construction Management was such a great company to work with! I had numerous services completed by them in many rooms of my home. Very professional and friendly company. I wanted several things done before I moved into my new home and they worked very quickly to get me and my child settled in before Chrismas. I would recommend them for any household construction needs."

"My experience was overall phenomenal, the owner was very passionate about his quality and the work he did in our home showed it. His crew was punctual and very professional. I will definitely be a returning customer and I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work."
