"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist with our needs. My phone broke, I couldn’t confirm my appointment, and this guy drove to my home to see if I still needed help. Who the h*** does that! He came into our home, and was totally professional, very educated, and completely easy to communicate with. Jeff and Water Heaters in a Hurry will definitely be our go to company in the future. Thank you Jeff, job well done, we’ll enjoy our tankless hot water heater for years to come. Stay Great 😊"

"It went very well. Ross and crew showed up early and did a major repair to all the main bathroom fixtures where a leak was discovered behind the bathtub wall. The work was done in half a day with minimal disruption to the bathroom itself. There was less tearing up than expected and water pressure restoration was a bonus. I would DEFINITELY call this crew again for major plumbing repairs! KUDOS to you and your crew Ross!!"

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"great for a while.then prices rose considerably, & i needed more & more repairs."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."

"Doug arrived right away and was so helpful. Job was done in no time. Would highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing issues in the future!"

"They replaced my water heater. The work was done quickly and with very high quality."

"They were polite, and friendly. They installed an all new heating and airconditioning system, ran ductwork for our basement and installed a new hot water heater. They were here for 2 days, and they did a great job. We will be calling them to look at some electrical work we need fixed."

"The technician, Frank Peterson, was very knowledgeable about my heating system. He got it up and running in short order. There will hopefully be follow up on the needed repairs to keep the system running efficiently."
