"We had separate water heater and furnace boiler which was leaking gas and carbon monoxide and had to be turned off by Atmos Gas. We chose VIP Plumbing and James Cook responded with Robert to rescue us. They assessed the job gave a bid and ordered a new Navien Combo-Boiler faster than we had any hope to get heat again! They were very professional in all regards. James told me to keep his card handy and I did the next day we had a major drain clog in our 50 year old pipes! He came out and cleared our drains perfectly and even took high def pictures so we could see there was NO roots coming through! We really can't say enough about VIP Plumbing and they left NO mess! Fifty years of soot in our furnace was UGLY! We now have on demand hot water (no running out) and the whole house is warm again! They are pet friendly as well! We highly recommend their services!"

They installed a fairly large wooden fence on my property, re-stained my 2000 square foot garage, installed some gutters and snow bars on my roof and did some deck repair. "Before the onset of the remodel we discussed options with Samuel as we were under some time pressure. He was open to any project size that suited our needs. Ultimately he was able to provide very high quality solid wood cabinets at a very reasonable price but only in a few color options. If there was an issue with colors, Samuel gave us the option to paint any color. After some back and forth he got the units ordered and delivered in a timely fashion in a color that was a really good option. Samuel was very conscientious and took care of any details or options that seemed to arise. During remodel he actually identified a problem with a recently installed dishwasher that was leaking and waiting on a replacement unit. The Home Depot install crew failed to remove the disposal plug and was backing up into the dishwasher. Samuel found this issue and greatly improved my bargaining position with Home Depot. The whole project which was expanded to include flooring on our entry stairs and bathroom still finished on time and on budget. The flooring is really well placed and finished including the stair risers and noses which was another issue, this time with Lowes ending availability. Although an inconvenience, Samuel identified a good suitable replacement and finished the project from a secondary flooring source. Would highly recommend Samuel and really pleased with his work and the quality of the materials he recommended to us!"

"Went well as could be expected, needed a part and ordered, when part came in found out we needed another part which delayed fixing our heat for almost a week in total, but having a carrier unit and not having parts in town is what made it difficult, not A+ plumbing and heating. I will be hiring for all future plumbing and heating work!"
