"The technician "JAY" from Joshua's Pest Control came to our house today for our scheduled maintenance. He was wonderful. Never has anybody spent the time and effort of cleaning webs and spraying for pest like he did. He went under all our patio furniture and pool equipment and eaves. He did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough about his service. Just a wonderful person."

"The introductory meeting went very well. The representative, Stephan, was very professional, arrived on time and had a professional appearance. He asked good questions , so to understand the extent of our rodent house mates and wanted to see all areas of the house inside and out. He completed a thorough inspection and educated me with his findings and clearly proposed what his company could do to remove the mice. We signed up and are looking forward to being mouse free!"

"Homeguard pest control send someone for the service. Without any notice. Claims they finish the service. But my cob webs and inside of the home were never serviced. They offered to come back and finish the service. They said they will come on Friday. But never showed up and didnt even let me know. Now theyre asking for payment first? They want payment before the service is even completed. "

"I was offered the role of Office Admin via typo-laced text message; Only to have my offer renegged after desperately trying to get a response to my inquiry "What will my hourly Pay rate be and may I please have details in writing?" 1 voicemail, 1 voice note, 2 text messages, and 2 voicemails later, I was FINALLY informed... by the daughter, that they had chosen to "go in a different direction" after I failed to accept the owner's verbal phone offer..... A phone conversation that NEVER happened. To be rejected is rough. To have an offer reneged, rougher. T o have purposely turned down ANOTHER job offer for this one, insulting. To be ignored, humilating. To be gaslight, infuriating. To be dismissed, unacceptable.
