"These two brothers, Jim and Joe Griffin, and their crew were always professional, their work was thorough and meticulous, they were pleasant to work with, and sensitive to the remodeling process and all of the associated issues and pressures. As with any extensive remodeling project there were unexpected / unforeseen issues. All of these issues were examined, explained, and options provided and were covered by our contingency funds. There were also several recommendations for improvements that were explored, accepted, and the budget was modified accordingly. We highly recommend New England Upgrades for their integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with us to bring our vision and design into reality. The New England team was a pleasure to work with and we consider them friends. We will be using them again for future smaller projects and have already referred them to multiple friends. We appreciate all of their help, positive attitude, and hard work! Kay and Michael"

"We had a few quotes and ultimately went with Handyman Connection. Mark did an excellent job building out our new shower and installing the tile, fixtures, and glass door. We also had a single vanity swapped out for a new double vanity. Allen did a great job installing the new plumbing, installing the vanity and fixtures, as well as the new sconce lighting to complete the design. Thank you to the whole team (Joe and David, as well!) - it turned out exactly as I imagined and we love our new bathroom!"

"We’re extremely satisfied with Framous Brothers’ work converting our screened-in patio into a studio for my wife’s esthetics business, Sunrise Esthetics, LLC. Owner Henry Eiland kept us informed every step and clearly cared about the outcome. What stood out was his integrity: partway through, Henry’s own home burned down, yet he stayed committed to finishing the job right — even absorbing an extra $5,000–$6,000 in unscoped plumbing and electrical costs rather than passing it on. We returned the discount he’d offered once we saw what he’d taken on. Final result: a beautifully finished studio for around $14,000 — thousands less than other quotes. Highly recommend."

"We’re so happy with how our bathroom turned out! Everyone was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Our sales rep really listened to what we wanted and helped us put together a bathroom that was perfect for us. There was never any pressure, and they had a great selection compared to other companies we looked at. The installers were friendly, respectful of our home, and did a fantastic job. After decades of living with our old bathroom, we finally have a master bathroom we love."

"We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. We have been recommending Leonel to all our friends and families. You would want things done the right away and without a doubt XLT Construction and Leonel is the right guy for that."
