"Damian was the only electrician to actually come out to my house to give me a quote on a Wednesday and then did the work on a Friday after we told him we wanted to move forward Thursday morning. He is very fast, a very respectful communicator, and a great electrician. He is also very fair in his pricing. Everyone else’s quote was $500-600 more and would have taken longer to schedule. "Half the electrical outlets went out late Thursday night and I called them around 2 on Friday. They made it out at 4 PM and we knew I needed a new electrical panel as one of the switches caught fire. He was able to get the panel late Friday but needed a few parts that he was able to get the first thing Saturday morning and have it up and everything running before noon. Amazing to be able to get parts during the Covid shutdown. Very happy with the service. He was here working until almost 8 PM on Friday evening with his wife and baby."

"Great response time and very professional! I had a nasty bout with a swarm of ants that kept tripping an outlet outside that powered my internet fiber-optics box. It tripped so many times that finally the reset button was no longer curing the issue. Brenton came out to look at it and quickly confirmed the outlet was in fact working and no repairs were required. "Mr. John Russo from Mr. Electric did a fantastic job. John is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and very polite & friendly. He is exactly the way it used to be in the United States. The appointment was at 8AM. He called at 730AM to say he's on the way. At 8AM, the doorbell rings, he's here. By his own idea, he takes off his shoes to walk on our carpet. I explain the situation, he says he'll take a look. After 15 minutes, he comes to tell me he has identified the issue and will resolve it. He then fixes the light and then asks me to take a look. Next, just to make sure everything else was alright, he went outside to check our electrical box. Then, he went thru the house checking all of the electrical outlets. He answered all of my questions and made several recommendations. Great job! I wish he was my doctor and car mechanic. You better get this guy while he's still working at Mr. Electric. You just don't get high caliber service like this anymore."
