"We contacted Floor Coverings International to install travertine pavers in our backyard early in Apr. The salesperson showed us several options in their catalog and then brought out a 24x24 sample of the proposed travertine paver that matched our existing travertine pool coping. We placed the order which was to be installed the following week. That got moved out two more weeks due to delivery issues. When the pavers were delivered, we questioned the installer as they did not look like travertine but he assured us they were and completed the install. To make a long story short while the pavers they ordered had **Trav** in their title they were porcelain tiles not travertine like the sample. They agreed that it was their mistake and several weeks later they replaced the previous install with real Travertine. I am satisfied with the completed install in spite of the missteps and delays"

The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. "Alex and his team did an amazing job. They installed 3â x12â tile on my shower walls, created a shower niche that met the ceiling seamlessly (31â H to 98â H x 4â w), and installed 24â x48â tile throughout my bathroom, including the showers floor. Many cuts needed to get the shower floor to slope correctly but we found a grout that matched the tile so it still has a seamless look throughout the bathroom. Alex and his team communicated exceptionally well and completed the project quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Only issue was that some of the large format prices in the shower had damage to the angled edges because of the numerous cuts. This is a very minor flaw that canâ t be noticed when standing and will not be noticed when the shower glass is installed over m. Would recommend Alex and would use him again if we decide to do backsplash."

"Atomic construction was amazing to me from the start. Coming from someone who isn t handy at all from the moment John walked in to give me a quote to the end of the flooring project they were as professional and respectful as can be. I received 3 different quotes and Atomic Construction blew the other 2 out of the water as well as offering me a military discount for my time in the service. John responded to every question I had in minutes when it came to me picking up my own flooring and supplies. The project was quoted 6 days, however, they finished in 4 and work was outstanding. Home was vacant and every time I came to check on the work Jorge and Daniel were extremely respectful and answered all of my questions. I allowed the crew to control the air conditioning to work comfortably and they didn t forget to turn it off a single day before leaving which shows how respectful and professional they are. Adam and the crew even went as far as to offer help in installing a new toilet like for me because the current one was dripping and they didn t want it to ruin the newly installed flooring. My only regret is not hiring this team to finish up the rest of the house because I had no clue they did more then just flooring. I now have Adam in my phone book and plan on reaching out whenever I need additional work done. Thanks again Adam and the crew! Until next time."

"Install vinyl planks. Base boards were not put back around some of the areas and looks bad. I did find one plank not completely down and can see the line and worry it will come up after time. Customer service was excellent. I thought the prices was high and I hear that alot about empire."
