Customers say: Quick response

"The quality of the build was excellent. The builder was always available to answer questions and proved any information needed. All materials used were high quality and specific to the plans of the home. Attention to details was excellent and oversight of sub contractors was always a priority. The finished home is exactly as we expected. Over all rating is 5 star."

"After my divorce, I needed to prepare my outdated home for sale.  I met personally with Mr. Loviolette who took the time to discuss all the potential renovations he could do and still stay in my budget.  His recommendations were great. He provided a detailed quote for the work, a contract and references. He impressed me during that initial meeting with his knowlege and willingness to perform work while staying within my budget ----and he did.  Mr. Loviolette's recommendations were executed flawlessly and he spent a great deal of his own time searching for the BEST deals on appliances and materials - all to save his customer money.  What a refreshing concept - a contractor who is honest!
Mr. Loviolette is a genuinely ethical buseinss man who is not out there trying to rip his clients off. He works hard to ensure his clients are taken care of and the quality of his work is impecable.  All his references provided glowing comments.  His services are much in demand but he always tries to find time to work the smaller jobs in around his larger projects.
I have been very fortunate to have Mr. Loviolette as my contractor and look forward to working with him again.

"Our family has worked with Robert and his team multiple times since the 90s. From the first renovation in 1994, to a 2019 addition/extension to the same home, to recent work preparing to sell our rental property, Robert has been our go-to guy. His work is outstanding. His crew is hard-working, respectful, and responsible (and just really fun guys to be around!) He approaches everything with such pride, and he provides outstanding guidance all the way through. It's like working with family - Robert has really become part of ours all these years!"

"Our deck, steps and railings needed to be re-stained. We already had stain leftover. We had Jose and his workers applied the stain. We thought it had waterproofing included, but didn’t, so they bought water sealant and said they hand apply it with rags-rather than just using a paint brushes or rollers. He said that the sealer soaks into the wood more throughly applying it by hand with rags. Which of course is more labor intensive! To this day, the stain hasn’t worn away! What an amazing job they did and I wish I took pictures of them working, but didn’t."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Temple, TX

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
