"We were very pleased with Amazing Skylights.  Rich came out and after checking our exiting skylights gave us an estimate on the two skylights and a SolaTube; there was no pressure salesmanship.  We arranged to have the work done and his staff was able to install the two skylights in one morning.



We also purchased a SolaTube as our family room was quite dark during the daytime.  Rich and his staff  installed the SolaTube in an afternoon (same day as the skylights).  Installing the SolaTube required cutting into our roof and bringing the tube from the roof through a small area in a linen closet on the second floor and ending up in the family room.  Sunlight is now reflected through the tube and brings bright sunlight into our family room during the day.  We are very pleased with the workmanship and the clean up with Amazing Skylights, Inc.

I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. "My townhouse is over 25 years old and still had the original builder roof. I started thinking about replacing it since a few of my neighbors had their roofs replaced mainly due to a recent storm that blew shingles off their homes. Being a super busy homeowner, I haven't had the time to even think of it so I put it on the back burner until... Michael Anthony arrived at my house to talk to me about replacing my old worn out roof. Our discussion detailed HCR ‘s roof replacement system - an education for me since all I thought was the old shingles were taken off the roof and new ones stapled on. Let me tell you roof replacement with HCR is not like that at all. Michael explained each step of the system to me. First, the old shingles are scraped off the roof. Then a 2mm barrier shield Is layed over the plywood sub roof to keep out moisture, and then the shingles are nailed on - three nails per shingle. This, he told me, would anchor the shingles so that in case of high winds they would not blow off. Did I tell you about the warranty? My new roof will not give me any worries for at least 25 years and it is transferable to a new owner of my townhouse should I ever decide to sell it. Oh yeah, if a shingle does blow off, they will come and repair it. Peace of mind! The HCR crew was very professional. They started scraping the old shingles off just as soon as they arrived at my job site. After all the old worn out shingles were off the roof, the fun began. It was amazing to me to watch a crew member swiftly carry each package of shingles up a very tall ladder to the roof. By the time all the packages were on top of the roof, the barrier shield was laid out. Then each single shingle was laid down and nailed. After all shingles were in place, the crew cleaned up the debris in my yard and in my neighbors’ yards. My new roof looks amazing! Michael contacted me on the day of the install to check on the progress. All went well! I now have a very beautiful roof that I don't have to worry about replacing for at least 25 years.
