"**UPDATE: Just yesterday (a day or two after I submitted the review below), we noticed that Barrier had come out and replaced the trim with the correct color. I don't know when they came to do this, as we received no notifications that they were coming/had been there. We're pleased that this finally got done and hope that any possible future projects with Barrier go smoother.

The work on the window replacement was fine, but they put the wrong color trim on the exterior window framing. The install crew didn't bother to let my husband know (who was home at the time of the work) that they were finished, and rather than letting him know so he could check their work and make sure it was done correctly, they just left. We contacted Neil Masten a couple of days later via phone to let him know that the trim color was wrong, and he indicated they'd have to special order the correct color trim. He indicated it would take a few weeks but as soon as it came in, they'd send someone out to fix it. Well it's been a few months, and after one follow up call initiated by myself that was answered (I was told they were still waiting on the trim to be delivered) and another call that was again initiated by me and has now gone unanswered for 2 weeks, we are still waiting for the trim to get fixed. They have our money already because we bought the services through the Angies List Big Deal, so getting paid is not a motivating factor for them to complete the work."

"The salesman Dallas was very professional and prompt. He asked each of us what we wanted out of replacement windows, and then addressed each need. We reviewed three different windows, and the windows was by far the best. The product is simply put, superior.they set up a time for installation, the day after Thanksgiving, and shut up exactly as they said they would. The installers actually work for B windows, are not subcontracted out, and were excellent at their installation. They were a little relaxed and then strictly professional, but I think that was more their personality and style. The windows are beautiful! The installation, including caulking, painting, ceiling, and any repair that was necessary come mama is actually perfect! The house is no longer windy on the inside ? no cold pockets. The front doors steel extremely well. We had a beveled glass front door I nstalled that has already received several compliments. Installation took exactly 2 days, just as they had promised, and they cleaned up their mess afterwards very well. We could not be happier! I should mention that they missed the dividers in our front windows, and said they will reorder them and they can be back in two weeks for a quick 15 minute install of those dividers. Here's the thing that really impressed us; after the job was done, before the installers left, the installer in charge of the product called the CEO of the company. Yes, he really did answer the phone! He wanted us to tell him how everything went before his guys left our home. Wow! That's old-time business ethics at its best!

"Mike provided a quick response to my inquiry call and we arranged a date/time for him to do the work. He followed up via text on the service date and he arrived promptly. Although it was very cold with ice on the ground, he worked efficiently to repair the siding and downspout. It's been about 5 weeks since the repair and have had no issues. I appreciate the professionalism and will definitely call him in the future for other home repair / maintenance needs."

"Rudy went above and beyond to make sure my job was done right and fixed some trim on a hall ceiling without asking to be paid extra! Trim and paint looked great. I would recommend Rudy to anyone."
