"All items accomplished per discussion with service writer. The items were in response to an energy audit performed by Northeastern REMC, a free service to their customers. It took the workers a bit longer to accomplish all the work, but they didn't shortcut anything. In fact, they found an area that wasn't discussed while foaming the common wall and took care of it as well, as it just made sense to include it. I tipped each of the installers for their extra help. <br /> I could easily tell the comfort difference in every area they'd hit, both during the winter and the subsequent summer. I just hired them to fix another problem with the fireplace area that's been difficult to diagnose and look forward to them resolving the problem. <br />"

"Provider was very flexible about the time and date of the service call. I had some electrical work happening at the same time and I wanted Brenneco to be here then just in case the problem with my sump pump required an electrician. Worked quickly and efficientlly. Cleared the blockage in my sump pump, showed me two ways to turn off the water to the house, and corrected an error that someone else had made when installing the water line to my fridge. The only concern that I have is that I failed to have him look at a leaky shower (downside to having two sets of technicians in the house at once). I sent a follow-up email to the address that was used to schedule my appointment and did not hear back. However, I do intend to contact the vendor again as I was very comfortable with the work and the price and I am not sure that I adequately described the scope of the shower problem, which will probably lead to a remodel. <br />"

"My parents were approached by a representative from Seamless Restoration after the hail storm we had in Sept. of this year wanting to check out their roof damage.  Tim Rimedio was the gentleman that perfomed the examination of the roof and helped them with paperwork for the insurance company.  He was very professional and was here to talk to insurance adjuster when he came.  Unfortunately, the insurance adjuster denied their new roof but Seamless Restoration installed the roof of two of their next door neighbors and they are very satisfied with the results. If my parents' had been approved by the insurance company for a  new roof I would have used advised them to use Seamless Restoration to install it because of the professionalism of their staff.  <br />"

"Ive been wanting to get rid of my 1970s paneling for 4 years.  I finally had the time so contacted Madison for an estimate.  The estimate was EXTREMELY reasonable so I went ahead and gave them the job.  The first part of the job entailed panel removal and dry walling a family room, hallway and bedroom.  This is including laying trim, installing new doors and painting.  Quite a job.  I have been OVERLY impressed with Madison.  Not only did they come in and do the job to my expectations but beyond.  My home actually looks like a home now.  They cleaned up everyday and worked with me when I needed to move items from one room to the other so they could access the new areas of renovation.They did such a good job, I decided to go ahead with more renovations.  Basically they also stripped old wallpaper from two other rooms, installed and stained more new doors and painted those rooms.  Again,..very professional and very well done. Sooo,...since Im doing all of this,..lets strip, stain and seal the deck.  Once again,...GREAT job.  The last item on my "to do" list before winter is replacing dry rotted cedar siding and painting the house.  Ive already contracted with Madison since Ive seen the quality and professionalism they aspire too.  Thanks Madison!!  GREAT JOB!!"
