"Our service technician Mike G. went above and beyond for us. When we pulled out the shower, the existing piping made it a challenge to fit in the new base. He quickly resolved the issue, relocated existing pipes and worked OT to complete the shower install in a day's time. He also replaced bathtub in a 2nd bathroom and did a flawless job. The representative from the company was professional and knew his product but, over $ 14,000 for a tub/shower replacement was way more than I wanted to spend."
