He asked if I was available the next day and I was. I thought he was going to say a week or so and we had the winter storm coming. "Everything was great from start to finish. From the office staff to installation team. Everything was seamless. They came when they said they would and produced the result I hired them for. We had multiple lawn zones and planting bed zones installed with Hunter product heads. Our water pressure was on the low side so with the advice of Joel went with a newer style mist combo rotor head to combat the pressure issues. When everything was installed and the team was cleaning up, Joel programmed the sprinkler system timer to an app on my phone and taught me how to use it. "Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

"I was very pleased with the outcome.  The owner, Michael, was very responsive whenever I called with questions and was on site to oversee parts of the work.  The two workers who did the installation were professional, courteous and hard-working, as the project was very labor-intensive.  They got the job done and cleaned up afterwards.  I love how my patio looks and I have no complaints. I would definitely use this company again for other projects and would recommend them to others.

"Eddy,their estimator, was extremely flexible in regards to scheduling. We
set up an appoint for after 6, he showed up on time, and we walked
through the yard to get an estimate for work. Estimate was in line with
other companies I had contacted and I felt comfortable moving forward
with Double Tree. After a few weeks of rainy days,Tonny and his team called in
the morning and were there when they said they would be. The team moved
quickly and completed the job in about 3hr and left the yard as
they had found it. I almost forgot I had trees there in the first place.

"Everything went absolutely perfect. Mike from D & D trees was very knowledgeable, professional and very honest. Other companies were charging twice as much and wanted to use a crane to remove one of the large 100' Red Oak Tree's we had in the front. Mike determined it was rotting from the inside out and within 3 days, had two trees and about 10 bushes removed. He came back on Saturday to verify we were happy with all services rendered.
