"The ASSA MECHANICAL SERVICES LLC Team showed up promptly at the previously agreed, confirmed day and time. They immediately got to work with removing the old window mounted air conditioner unit which needed to be replaced and installed the new air conditioner. The whole process only took about one hour. A very professional and communicative team. The new air conditioner is working great. We’ll be requesting these guys again for any annual maintenance required for the window a.c. unit. Thank you ASSA MECHANICAL SERVICES LLC. Arthur"

"I am always very skeptical when it comes to people working on anything that I am responsible for. With that in mind our home is 30 years old and was in need of painting and some areas around our windows, gutters and chimney were rotting and in need of repair. Gonzalez Painting came out and did an estimate that I was unfortunately unable to be present for. So I called them and rescheduled a time for me to talk with the painting team and I walked around the house with them and talked through my concerns. After we finished, they got started immediately. They worked for two days to finish the work. 2 guys the first day to work through the majority of the carpentry and caulking that needed to be done as well as the window treatment. The 2nd day a team of 4 people came by and worked like a well oiled machine. Since I do carpentry myself I would say their level of work in the area of carpentry is a 7 but the level of detail, knowledge, skill and efficiency of their painting, is at least an 8.5 but I would give them a solid 9 for our home. Our home is just under 2500 sq ft and they did an amazing job. The house looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they pressure washed and stained our deck. Great team, wonderful work, and a 99.9% satisfied customer. Please give them a call."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"I thought I had an actual appointment time but instead  I had a several hour window with which they could come and start the job. One man was on the roof while the other worked inside in the fireplace opening. They were very careful to keep the dirt off the carpet which I appreciated. I would have them again now that I understand how they schedule.

"Great! Chance did a great job. He responded so fast here on Angis list. I sent a message and less then a minute I got a call from him and he even came out the same day. Then he came on a Saturday to fix a drain line so it would stop leaking in the house and make more damage. It took two days and my floors look amazing. Him and his coworker did a great job! They cleaned as they went I couldn’t be more happy. They worked so hard , and even pointed out where our hearing duct had water in it and was not connected. We’re so thankful. Now we can have the heating/ air company fix it when they come to put the unit back in the house. We have a couple more quotes from him for other things we need done. So we look forward to working with him again"

"Richard was fantastic.....AWESOME.... he was the best... and I can't say anything more than that. Richard did everything that we had asked him to help us with and more. He also identified some very serious problems and issues at our project, such as termite damage behind the walls, and then he fixed the problems....right "ON THE SPOT", and “the best part”… for a reasonable fee. He took on this tough project with ease. He did a fantastic job installing our new windows, doors and also painting the interior. He was very professional at all times. He was always on time to the job and was always there when he said he would be there. MOST IMPORTANT… he never wasted any time on our job. He was a diligent worker. We would recommend Richard THE HANDYMAN to everyone. He is very good, very knowledgeable, courteous and honest person. Richard is the only person to hire. He was one of the best skilled contractors that we have hired for this project so-far. Richard also had a helper on the project, Marcus, and he was very excellent, polite and very hard working too. Richard was extremely helpful, giving us tips and great advice on how we could do things better on our projects and also how we could complete some other tasks ourselves. He was very conscious of staying within our budget. We appreciated that very much, especially with the added work that we asked him to complete while on the job. We would definitely hire Richard again and would recommend him to everyone who is hiring someone from Angie’s List. Richard is one of the best you will find. Thank you again Richard for everything, we appreciate all your help. Nicole and Terry"
