There was one glitch...the system wasn't working when we first turned it on upon approval from the electric company but once I contacted them they were quick to come out. At first visit on 6/6/13, circuit breaker was labeled but there was no evaluation of electrical system and no receipt exceone of his workers on 7/11/13 who informed me that I needed a CO detector and that my "strip outlet" was out of compliance because it was not a GFI outlet.  I ended up contacting Mr. Sutherland, the electrician who did the work in 2007.  He stated the kitchen outlets are OK to code ?  wire mold plug is NOT a strip and is hooked into a GFI breaker in the basement., and charged me $80, which I was not expecting.  I still haven't gotten a statement from A-Best Electric as requested.  I chose this coupon in order to have my house ready for sale and to have written documentation from A-Best.  I emailed Mr, Ciccio again but no statement  has been sent to date.

"The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!

"the paperwork was signed in july, the roof was completed by end of the next week, the solar panels and electrical system was done a couple weeks later, after the permits were approved the system was also confirmed and evaluated by SCE shortly there after, the system was turned on sept 9th, my electric bill has already dropped!  i can't wait to see continued savings in my electrical bill!

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
