We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor. Initially, Pioneer recommended a baseboard system that would run along the outside of the wall. Upon inspection, Mike Oliveira discussed a traditional drain to sump pump solution. We reiterated our concern about puncturing a tube in the floor and Mike assured us that he and his team would hand chisel potential problem areas to avoid the tubing. " Initially, we contacted the owner Scott Whitelaw in March 2016. Eventually we agreed on the June start time, in June the project started as planned. We needed to have our concrete and brick front steps repaired and replaced with granite slabs.  The concrete was repaired and slabs replace and the concrete was stained. I was concerned about getting the right kind of stain color for the overall look of the project, and Scott worked very well and very patiently with me to see that we were satisfied. Once I was able to select the brick product the brick walkway was laid exactly to our expectations. We required a curve in the walkway and Scott was able to meet our expectations.
