When our own error necessitated a change after delivery, OVW picked up the affected pieces, did their usual competent job in making adjustments to them and returned in a reasonable time. They provided our contractor with the necessary trim pieces for installation and a little bottle of touch up stain. All OVW employees I had contact with were helpful and friendly: Merv, Edna, Rick, David, Paul and at least one other man whose name I didn't get. Highly recommended cabinet makers!"

"We visited their showroom where they have many beautiful samples to choose from.  They also have options in sinks, edge contours, and even tile.  We chose our granite and placed the order.  When the slab arrived, they called us to take a look at it and make sure that we were happy with it.  Somehow it was actually even more beautiful than we expected from the sample!  Once our new cabinets were installed, they came out to measure and cut the template for the counter. <br /> It took about 2.5 weeks for them to cut and prepare the granite and then to come install it.  The installation was very smooth.  Through the whole process the staff was great to work with- very helpful and professional.  The end result is amazing and we are thrilled with the results. <br /> The cost was better than what we found elsewhere, and surprisingly just a few hundred dollars above what we were quoted for laminate from one of the big box stores. <br />"
