He determined that caulk on a vent had lost its seal. He wanted a better caulk than he was carrying on his truck for the repair. He returned after lunch with the right caulk and resealed both garage roof vents. Adam texted me at 2:00 that the repair was complete. "The owner is self-employed who specializes in home repair and remodeling. The replacement of a the basement door was the third project done over a two year period. Previous projects in 2013 included installing ceiling fans, installing wood laminate flooring and baseboards in the master bedroom, and installing new base trim and installing a new staircase handrail. All baseboards and base trim were painted. <br /> In 2014, the current project required 12 hours to remove a deteriorating door frame and to make a new door frame to secure a new standard 6 panel steel door to fit into a non-standard opening. The project included adding vinyl trim and foam insulation. Everything was cleaned up following the work. <br />"
