"I like a team that shows some pride in their work and these guys hold up to it. They respected house rules and clean up. The project took a little longer than expected, which was fine for me considering we had to accomadate specific time for my availability and adjust a few design changes. As for the scope of work and manpower, the price was fair. For future clients or anyone considering doing a remodel or home project with this company, I suggest building a descriptive plan together to acquire what is needed, clarify responsibilities, and map out the design if possible to avoid miscalculation. "There was a personnel issue early on, which I know can happen to any company. That was handled quickly, once that was addressed, everything was handled professionally and punctually. Pricing is at the higher end of what we found, but since we had good reviews from several neighbors and friends who had used the company for similar projects, we went with Sun Shield. Build quality is good; the patio covers will make our home more comfortable. The overall ratings I gave reflect the issues with the first team that came out. As I said earlier, once the problem person was removed from the project, all went well and I would have no problem hiring the company again."

"Never had to hire a company like this before or get work done around the house i’m usually a do it myself type of guy but this was too big of a job for one person. I thought it would be more complicated to hire but they made it as easy as a simple call and a in person meeting we got everything covered from what i wanted and what i was willing to spend on the job. After a few design options to make my budget meet i agreed to hire they took care of my HOA and made sure everything was approved with them. A couple days after approval they set a start date and the team came and got the work done the supervisor came and made sure everything was going good. good communication and reliable"

"I had called a bunch of people and his price was the best. He came in and did the work without any problem. He took about an hour which was longer than I expected, but later realized that it was the normal time that would take for the job. He even set up the system for me so that it could operate with the remote. He did a good job and cleaned up after himself. He came when he said he was going to come. I would use him again in future."

"These guys were great. My wife had previously hired a contractor off of Craig's list to epoxy our garage floor. The gentleman did this, but failed to wait the appropriate time and the solution never cured properly. Therefore, the entire job had to be grinded off and replaced. Artcon gave me a fair price and were extremely knowledgeable. In addition, they were very conscientious about how their job should look and we really appreciated it.
