"Alamo Garage Doors really care about their customers. Our door wouldn’t close properly, and they took the time to explain why and how to fix it. Everything was repaired on the spot, and it’s been working perfectly since."

"I called Everdoor this morning when my garage door spring broke and they were out the same day to replace them! My technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Definitely recommend this company for all your garage door needs!!"

"This company explained the different types of choices in garage doors, no pressure at all. I am considering a screen door for the garage and will definitely hire ASAP..."

"I’d already hired two other companies to fix my garage door, and I was still dealing with the same problem. At that point, I felt like I’d spent my money for nothing. Then Teddy came out. I explained everything I’d been through, and he told me not to worry. He figured out what was actually wrong, and it wasn’t what either of the other companies had claimed. He charged me a fair price and took care of it. I can honestly tell you, the problem is gone. After all that frustration, it feels good to find someone who gets it right. Thank you, Teddy, for taking care of me!"

"Garage door spring broke and I was able to schedule a repair for the next morning. Over all I am very pleased with their prompt service and happy with their quality of work. However, I feel that they are a bit too pushy trying to sell a pricey complete garage door operation replacement and their prices are on the high side, but work quality is excellent. I did pay for a complete overhaul with new springs, rollers, etc. as this door is used frequently and I did not want any more issues with it."

"Quick & efficient. Repaired the door in a reasonable amount of time for a very competitive rate."

"On the advice of a friend, we called Ace for a quote for a new garage door. The owner was very prompt. He didn't try to upsell us with a more expensive door. He did recommend a particular color, which we were very pleased with once it was installed. His installer showed up on July 4th. He got the job done in a couple of hours. Overall, a very positive experience.

"They did what they said they were going to do. There wasn't a whole lot they could do because the garage door needed work. They were high in their estimate so I went with somebody else. They did the assessment for probably 30 minutes. We needed rollers. They suggested putting a new garage door opener."

"We bought it because we're having problems with our garage door. We're still having a problem with the garage door. I'm not necessarily saying it's their fault that they couldn't fix it. We're hoping the tune-up would fix it."

"Contacted John on a Saturday due to broken garage door spring on a rental property. John arrived within a couple hours that afternoon. He replaced both springs and also installed a replacement bracket as the screws from the old bracket got pulled out of the door frame and could not be reused. Entire job took about an hour and was convenient to both tenants myself."
