"Carlos was professional, upfront, and direct throughout the project, which I truly appreciated. Although Angi did not assign a carpenter for this job and instead sent a company specializing in IT support, we are reasonably satisfied with their work. However, given that this is outside their usual expertise, the execution did not quite match the quality of carpenters I’ve hired in the past. While the owner, Eduardo, apologized for not protecting my furniture during the project, the cleanup left much to be desired. The team left dust everywhere, which required hours of cleaning on my part. Additionally, when they dismantled my old entertainment center, they were unable to match my ceiling design, leaving two noticeable areas that will now require further expense to fix. The cleanup process could have been more thorough. I had to ask them to remove dust and paint from the cabinets, and Eduardo seemed irritated by my requests. While Carlos maintained professionalism, shaking my hand upon completion, Eduardo simply left without acknowledgment. While a handshake isn't mandatory, it does reflect good business etiquette. Overall, although the rebuild was satisfactory, I would not recommend this company for future services."

Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.

They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"
