"Wow! Superb job. I had 4 dinette chairs that needed to be re-cushioned & reupholstered. I brought them to Burke's on Saturday, 4/18/15 & told them that I needed them by the following Saturday if possible but definitely within 2 weeks. They had told me on the phone that they might have some scraps from another job that they could use. When I arrived to drop the cushions off I looked through books to find what I wanted & then asked about the scraps. They did have scraps from another job & I found 1 that would work & that they had enough of for all 4 chairs. I received a call on the Monday afternoon that the chairs were ready. Couldn't get there until the Friday but picked them up & they are wonderful! The workmanship is great & was so glad I used them thanks to other great reviews on Angie's List about them. <br />"

"Although the chairs are five years old and have been discontinued by manufacturer, Yanuk at Harbros found fabric that was very nearly identical in texture and color.  I was very surprised and pleased.  The chairs are upholstered in an unusually textured, off-white suede material, and the original material is unavailable.  Just the back sides of two of the chairbacks were damaged, and I only wanted those backsides repaired/replaced.  I did not want to have to reupholster both sides of the chairbacks and the seats. The job is so good, that unless I point it out, you wouldn't notice that they have been reupholstered. <br /> Outstanding job.  Thank you, Yanuk.  I definitely recommend Harbros for this kind of work. <br />"

"Denrick told me I would need two yards of fabric for four chairs. I bought Crypton upholstery fabric (because we have two cats that love to scratch upholstery and shed their weight in fur!) which was on sale at joann.com for $20/yd (originally $50/yd). I got a color that went with my living room sofa set. I dropped off the old seats and the fabric at his workshop. He said the original plywood was still in good condition, so he would just need to replace the foam with new 2" thick foam. Denrick called me when the chairs were ready and he delivered the seats to my home. He reattached the reupholstered seats to the chairs with new 1 1/4" coarse thread screws. The new chairs look fantastic and the thicker foam is so much more comfortable than before! This is the first time I have had furniture reupholstered as I had previously never even considered it as an option to replacing otherwise perfectly good furniture, but I am really glad I did!"

Owner gave me a very accurate time frame and redelivered 4 beautifully reupholstered chairs, delivered with care wrapped in plastic. The workmanship is superb and it was so convenient! <br />"

"LaDonna is the most pleasant person to deal with, she is very knowledgeable, she listens to closely to what you are looking for.  She created several designs for the family room and breakfast area.  She noted the furniture colors and artwork.  She came to my home several times with material patterns and suggestions, both what she recommnded and was honest about what I had wanted :"might not work".  <br /> <br /> Once we agreed on the design and material, it took about 5 weeks to complete the manufacturer.  We had a schedule planned for the installation and due to a family emergency, I had to cancel on short notice.  She was so understanding and accommodating.  When I called her back to reschedule, she was able to very quickly get me back into her schedule.  <br /> <br /> The drapes needed some adjustments, she came out in the evening the next week and fixed them.  <br /> <br /> I love the drapes.  I am still waiting on the plantation shutters; but I added them into the order well after the initial order.   I have no doubt they will be perfect and if not, LaDonna will do whatever it takes to make it right,. <br /> <br /> LaDonna is so sweet and so pleasant and so very professional.  I would definintely recommend her again, she does great work, her prices are very reasonable and she is quick.  She commits to what she says!"
