"A very positive experience. We had a dining room table and 3 leaves that needed to be refinished with some small repairs. I called, he asked that I send a photo electronically, he quoted a price, and came to pick up my table within 2 to 3 days. I was in no hurry, but I called to check on the table. With the rainy weather more time was needed for the finish to cure properly. I called later and arrangements were made for its return. The work was beautiful. "I had to call the representative to find out when I'd get my furniture back & he said the mirror was not ready & I advised him I had not had a mirror in my order.  He immediately brought the other three pieces out.  He initially told me two weeks and I called after three weeks and still had to wait another couple days to received my finished furniture.  The work on the upholstering was fine, but the legs of the antique chair had not been refinished like I thought they'd be.  This is why I gave a "B" rating.
